SHAKEN BABY SYNDROME TRAINING

State-of-the-art training tailored for specific audiences.  In addition to SBS, trainings may include an overview of physical child abuse, and/or comprehensive training on child rearing education.

In-Service Training Session

 

A One Hour session to discuss Shaken Baby Syndrome with a small group.  The discussion will include SBS victim and family outcomes, perpetrator consequences, with an emphasis on prevention.

 

"Train the Trainer" Session

 

A Four Hour session of intensive training on many aspects of SBS, including victim injuries, perpetrators, investigation and prevention.  The attendees will then be ready to train other audiences using the information provided in the "Train the Trainer" session.
